Cancellation Policy

Paid Consultation ($100 – 1 Hour) Payment of $100 is required at the time of booking. A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file to secure the appointment. If a cancellation is made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment, a $50 late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. No-shows or failure to attend the appointment will result in forfeiture of the full consultation fee. Free Consultation (15 Minutes) Each member is eligible for up to two (2) free consultations. If a member misses two (2) scheduled free consultations, they will no longer be eligible for the free consultation service and may only book a paid consultation ($100 – 1 Hour). The same 12-hour cancellation policy applies to free consultations. Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 12 hours of the appointment time will be subject to the $50 late cancellation fee. Policy Changes This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
